PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
When you visit our website or contact us, the following data may be processed: identity and contact details (name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, company name); request details (the content of messages you send via the contact form or by e-mail); transaction security data (IP address, browser and device information, visit logs); and cookie data used to run the site and to compile visit statistics.

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: where processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, where it is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation, where it is in the legitimate interest of the data controller provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, and, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent.
METHOD OF COLLECTION
Your personal data is collected electronically through our website, contact forms, e-mail correspondence and cookies.
TRANSFER OF DATA
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to the hosting and IT infrastructure providers we work with, to our business partners and, upon request, to authorised public authorities, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. As our website infrastructure is provided via servers located abroad, data may be transferred abroad within this scope.
RETENTION PERIOD
Your personal data is kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for the periods set out in the applicable legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request deletion or destruction when the legal conditions are met; request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to any outcome against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation for any damage suffered due to unlawful processing.
